The Zoonotic and Emerging Infectious Disease group has a dedicated workforce of over 25 people and hosts Postdoc, Ph.D., MSc and summer students from UK and Kenyan universities. We focus on producing high-level trans-disciplinary research that benefits human and animal health. We are proud of our achievements and recognize that our researchers play an important part in that success. Our people play a key role in ensuring that we maintain our position as one of the leaders in our field; through supporting our research work and maintaining high levels of service within our project areas. Life-long learning is an underpinning educational philosophy of our group.
