Dr. Maud Carron

Maud Carron is a veterinarian and PhD student registered with the Royal Veterinary College, University of London. Her research focus is on the ecology of Campylobacter transmission in the poultry meat food systems of Nairobi, Kenya, by investigating its public health significance, transmission routes, contamination mechanisms, possible drivers and options for control.
